I am a financial sadist. I really don’t give a shit about the economy and how you can’t make your payments. Do you tell your mortgage company that? I didn’t think so. So you better make sure that I, as your financial sadist, is thought of just as importantly as your mortgage. Go get a second or third job, if you have to.
